 Group Established November 2007

• The inaugural meeting of the new Scroll Saw group was held on Friday 23 November 2007 with 15 in attendance, led by a new member Robert Murphy who is a very experienced scroll sawer. Robert spoke at length on all the basics, detailing the types of blades and their uses. We were then given our first models to cut out. A great start to this new section of our club.
  Special thanks to those club members who kindly offered to loan scroll saws to get us going. It was greatly appreciated by all.
  Our next meeting will be the 4th Friday afternoon at 1.00 p.m. on 25 January 2008.
  New Members welcome.
